When making a purchase through the Rosassence website, the consumer automatically agrees to the online sales conditions below.
PAYMENT METHODS
In cash, with bank slip;
Debit card;
Pix;
Payable in up to 6 (six) equal installments and without interest on Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cabal, Elo, Hipercard and Diners Club credit cards, respecting the minimum amount of R$150.00 per installment.
SHIPPING
After payment confirmation, your items will be shipped by third-party carriers hired by Rosassence. The shipping time varies according to the zip code of the delivery address and starts counting from the date payment is confirmed. For orders placed after 5:00 p.m., the deadline starts on the next business day. The shipping cost will be informed after the products have been selected and the delivery zip code has been confirmed.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Rosassence, concerned with offering quality service, created an exchange and return policy to show how important your satisfaction is.
Semi-jewelry and Accessories
We accept the exchange of semi-jewels and accessories within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, provided that:
The product does not show signs of use;
All labels and tags are intact.
To request an exchange, please check the following rules:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must contain all labels and tags intact as it was delivered;
The product must be sent together with the invoice and accessories.
Important: Shipping costs for exchanges by size or color will be paid by the customer. If the rules are not followed, the items requested for exchange will not be collected by the carrier or will be returned.
Oils and Liquid Products
We do not accept returns of oils and liquid products once the bottle has been opened. This policy is necessary due to product integrity, hygiene and safety concerns, as well as regulations that prohibit the acceptance of returns of opened items.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR PRODUCT?
Send an email to rosassence@hotmail.com with the subject "Product exchange", informing the product reference, value, invoice number, purchase date and the reason for the exchange. You will receive detailed instructions within 5 (five) business days.
Please note that after the quality analysis, which can take up to 5 business days, the exchange will be made if all rules are met. The new product will be sent to the same address as the original order, considering the delivery time for your zip code.
IMPORTANT
Requests for exchange of defective products must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt. Returns of products with evidence of misuse will not be accepted. Shipping costs for exchanges due to manufacturing defects will be covered by Rosassence. For returns due to regret, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
